WAYSIDE FARM

Wayside Farm includes 66 homes and is unique for its energy efficiency.  This development has 44 single-family homes and 11 duplex units.  Each home averaged 2,100 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, and 2-car attached garages.  This project was rated Energy Star with an average energy HERS rating of 42, in large part due to heat and air conditioning powered by closed-loop geothermal wells.  Wayside’s development includes a 21,780-gallon-per-day pretreatment system and was completed in 2013.
