Originally formed in the late 1990’s as a partnership between Dick Matthews of R.D. Matthews Construction and Rick Lincoln, we have developed and built over 15 custom homes (largely based in Hingham) over 120 single and two-family homes and over 340 apartments. Dick originally started framing houses in the 1960’s and Rick began in the 1980’s with real estate development in Houston.

Our site foremen and back office are long-term employees with one foreman beginning with Dick in the late 1980’s. We offer high quality, energy efficient homes and apartments. We were early adopters of energy efficiency and even built one 66-home development powered entirely via geothermal heating/cooling.

We work with an extensive network of longtime subcontractors and suppliers who offer high quality services and materials and are able to offer quick response times
